Negotiation and Advice

Sometimes couples prefer to hire attorneys to negotiate on their behalf.  Some clients prefer to negotiate with their spouse directly, but want legal advice and expertise.  Other clients prefer mediation, but again, want legal advice from an attorney who is on their side. Perhaps you've already negotiated an agreement, but want an attorney to review it.  I serve as negotiator or legal representation during negotiations or mediation, providing clients with as little or as much assistance as requested in navigating divorce or resolving custody disputes so clients can divorce with dignity.
